There is a tradition that has recently started in the internal life of our company and which we all have especially taken a liking to: congratulating newcomers who successfully proved themselves during the probationary period and passed the final interview with SANDI+ General Director!
Our newcomers were pleasantly surprised with this tradition, and share their impressions.
Inna, a Call Center operator, says: “Today, I have a double reason to celebrate: my birthday and congratulations with completing the probationary period. Everything was cool and very emotional. Events like that motivate you even more to continue with fruitful work; I really want to live up to the confidence in me and not to fail it!”
