The last week before the New Year is the time to summarize, close all work issues and actively prepare for the corporate event. Oh, how much you need to manage to do during this period.
About the results. About the results. For our company, the year of 2019 was very fruitful. We actively worked on improving customer service, optimized business processes within the company, worked hard to achieve results, trained employees.
About the projects. During this year, we managed to:
- issue two VR product catalogs;
- hold seminars on the topic “Boiler Equipment and Water Heaters" in 17 regions of Ukraine;
- update sandiplus.com.ua and icma.com.ua websites;
- carry out several social projects together with Kharkiv Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital #1;
- traditionally take part in Aqua Therm Kyiv international exhibition with SharkBite trademark;
- participate for the first time in Install Fest Installers Festival, introducing ICMA brand on it;
- take partners of the company to Italy to ICMA S.p.A. plant twice;
- launch q-tap.com.ua sanitary ware website and sdforte.com.ua isolation valves website.
About the team retreat.. We prepared for it carefully, selected the best organizers and the most stylish scenery. We were looking for a place where all the staff of several of our offices would fit in, and chose the most enjoyable gifts.
Day X came, all our colleagues were very beautiful and radiant. The branded photo area was not empty, each employee made a beautiful photo of himself and the whole department.
We had an interesting show program, the presenters did not let you be bored and enjoy delicious food (joke). Fun contests, sincere toasts, a captivating magician and professional dancers made the corporate atmosphere incredibly enjoyable.
Everyone liked SANDI+ New Year's party so much that it lasted until the morning and had long been the # 1 theme in all departments of the company.
