Probably, each of us was once in the role of a beginner and knows how difficult and exciting it is. We always try to facilitate this process as much as possible: on the first working day, we introduce a new employee to the team, conduct a tour of the office, acquaint with the corporate culture.
But after the probationary period, the last “exam” is waiting for the newcomers - an interview with the general director. And to make this event more emotional and solemn, we have introduced a new tradition.
