The Constitution, among all state laws, has the highest legal force. In Ukraine, it was repeatedly changed, but the main part was created and adopted on June 28, 1996. Since then, every June 28, all citizens of our country celebrate the Constitution Day of Ukraine. SANDI+ congratulates everyone on this holiday.
